The song is a Sinhala Song. And I do not listen to Sinhala songs much but this song always has been a favorite of mine. It is called "සකුරා මල් පිපිලා" ("Sakura Mal Pipilaa" - Sakura Flowers are blossomed)
I don't know how, but to me it is a huge mood fixer. The song has a big positive atmosphere. The lyricist of this song is Professor Sunil Ariyarathne who is one of the wise and famous poets in Sri Lanka. And the Singer and the Composer (According to the Internet) is the one of the best and highly well reputed, highly skilled singer, the eminent Nanda Malini, who is an inspiration to my life.
You can download and listen to the song here.
There's still one very big confusion I have about this song. That is, what is the hidden story behind this song? What was the reason to write a song like this? Is it really the picture we get at once when we listen to the song or does it have a metaphoric meaning? I tried a lot to find about it on the internet but there was no information I could find about it. If there's anyone who knows the story of the song, please share it here. I'd really like to know.
However, when I was listening to the song two or three times, there was an amazing picture which had drawn in my mind. It is totally totally strange kinda picture than the song's atmosphere. It is kinda ridiculous but also interesting.
The picture is, it is a night in Japan during the World War II and the situation is the place is about to be attacked. Evacuations are in process and there's a old person who's about to leave his/her home to evacuate from the area. Or may be he/she is already in the queue to be boarded to the army truck. The entire are is lighted up by those sparklers which the Armies has, like a sun that has come up in the night. Aeroplanes are flying all over the sky making a really big noise. This person sees the beauty of his/her home land for the last time which is minutes before they all are about to become ashes. And this person reminds all the sweet memories he/she has bout his/her country. The nature, people, and everything. That last innocent feeling which a human gets in a devastating environment was the amazing picture which came to my mind while listening to this song.
I know it has a really negative atmosphere. But the picture draws here represents the last bit of beauty left in that negativity. I don't know how to describe it in words. I hope you can get the gist of it. And I know that story is totally crazy and it definitely is not the story of the song, but it is an interesting alternative picture to the song. I just wish I could make a video or a short film to this song. The final beauty in the negativity. I just have no words to describe it.
Here are the lyrics and meaning of the song

Meaning:
Sakura Flowers has been blossomed in front of the little blue jungle in front of the home, It is amazing!
No sleepiness, the Sun is shining like crazy, in the late night
When fishes were walking on the shore there's footsteps in the sand
Cobras, Python and Growling herds of Lions and Bears are flying and dancing in the sky.
Sakura Flowers has been blossomed in front of the little blue jungle in front of the home, It is amazing!
No sleepiness, the Sun is shining like crazy, in the late night
When the dolls are going to school in between the toy vehicles going here and there,
The old and wise bird teachers are teaching to the little Ant students.
Sakura Flowers has been blossomed in front of the little blue jungle in front of the home, It is amazing!
No sleepiness, the Sun is shining like crazy, in the late night
Because of a struggle in the executives' gathering*, a part of the sky has fallen down (* need confirmation)
The old fellow has lost his home and just staring away with his walking stick.
Sakura Flowers has been blossomed in front of the little blue jungle in front of the home, It is amazing!
No sleepiness, the Sun is shining like crazy, in the late night
